Cris Profile.jpg

As the CEO,  you know there are many different things you are responsible for, and chief among them is maximizing your  organizational performance.

You also know there are many different things that go into maximizing that performance!

If you report to a Board, you understand the dynamics of governance and developing long term Strategies, Objectives, Goals and Vision at the board level.

Your 'C' Suite of Direct reports are the major 'levers' to organization performance, and you are responsible for bringing the best out of each of them.

You are also the Chief Culture Officer and there is a direct correlation between the health of your culture and the performance of the organization.

I’ve been in various leadership roles for over 35 years and the last 16 years as a CEO in the global Media space. Throughout my career I've been intentional about my own mentors and coaches as a way to shape me into the best leader I could possibly become.

I am an optimistic realist, with a deep desire to be shaping leaders to operate at their absolute best, while creating business relationships, alliances and partnerships for specific outcomes in order to maximize organizational performance.

When you work with me, you should expect candid collaboration with transparency, consistency and accountability from a leader who has actually sat successfully in the CEO chair, reported to a board, and created a high performance culture of innovation.

Many years ago my son asked me:

"Can you help me make better decisions faster?"

A great question!

I told him I could help and that it would take time and discipline on both our parts to make this goal a reality for a lifetime. So my son and I began a disciplined journey together and today he is stilled thrilled with the results. Since then, I've worked as a leader with other leaders at many different levels to help them make better decisions faster. It is a disciplined process that requires time and intentional effort to recognize specific principles, develop consistent character, specific skills and the right motivation as a leader of leaders.
