CEO's & 'C-Suite'

Shaping 'High Performance Leaders of Leaders
Business Meeting

Shaping Leaders of Leaders requires you to lead yourself well and lead others to succeed.

As a CEO you want your organizations to grow and prosper, and you know you can't do this alone. Seeking the wise and experienced council of others is something all successful CEO's are looking for or already doing. As you are responsible to develop the leadership potential of your direct reports, you know you have to continue developing yourself, and I can help you do just that.

In my own experience as a CEO, I was fortunate to find such wise and experienced counsel throughout my career, and realized how important it was for me to have such council in my 16 year tenure as a CEO. It would be an honor for me to come along side of you, and your team, to share what I, and others have learned to make you and your team more successful, and see your entire organization grow and prosper.

In an initial consultation, we can discuss your unique situation, your opportunities, and your challenges. Then, based on your specific needs, we will develop a custom, mutually agreed upon course of action with desired deliverables and outcomes.

Personal 1 on 1 coaching between you and me is the place for us to begin. Potential topics for discussion would be:

  • How well do you know yourself,

  • How well are you leading yourself

  • What is your vision for the company?

  • Why do vision, mission, and values matter &  how passionate are you about them?

  • What are the patterns of problems in your company that never seem to get fixed?

  • What you need from your direct reports?

  • What do your direct reports need from you?

  • How do you hold your leaders accountable for their leadership and performance?

  • Are you taking time to think and plan?

  • What needs to change in your corporate culture?

  • What areas do you need to develop as a leader?

  • Do you know how to manage your stress?

  • What do your employees think of you, your vision, the company, and the culture?

  • Monitoring metrics to measure progress on each area of our coaching.

  • Monitoring metrics for other areas of the organization.

Team Coaching and one on one coaching with your Direct Reports are natural next steps in our process.

Potential topics for discussion would be:

  • How well do they know themselves?

  • How well do they lead themselves?

  • Can, or how do they articulate the corporate vision?

  • What are the patterns or problems in your organization that never seem to get fixed?

  • What do they need from you as the CEO?

  • Do they know what you want from them?

  • What areas do they need to address to develop as a 'High Performance' leader?

  • What are the key monitoring metrics that they are responsible for?

  • How do they manage their stress?

Determining the current set of monitoring metrics is another good step in evaluating levels of leadership and accountability. How many metrics are you monitoring? What are the most important metrics and who is accountable for them? Let's learn to keep it simple and effective.

I look forward to talking with you about your unique needs, opportunities and challenges and addressing them in ways that will make you and your direct reports 'High Performance' Leaders in you industry sector.
